(Fort Frances, ON) – On January 01, 2014, at approximately 5:35 pm officers from the Rainy River District Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and local fire and ambulance responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Hwy 11 approx. 10 km east of Fort Frances.
As a result of the Investigation, the driver, 21 year old, Kristin Allan a Nicickousemenecaning resident was arrested and charged with driving a motor vehicle while Ability Impaired and driving with more than 80 mgs. of alcohol in her blood. She was later released on a promise to appear for court 27th of January 2014.
