(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 19 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Main Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Sunday, February 16, 2014, at approximately 12:25 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Main Street and Alma Street, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 19 year old Thomas BEAUCHAMP of Norfolk County, Ontario with the following offences.
Possession of an illegal substance (Ecstasy)
Young Driver – Blood Alcohol Concentration above zero
Novice Driver – Blood Alcohol Concentration above zero
Speeding
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
