(SOUTH FRONTENAC, ON) – On the 14th of February 2014, at 8:00 pm, members of the Ontario Provincial Police attended the westbound lanes of Highway 401 (near Joyceville Road) in response to a possible impaired driver.
Numerous motorists had called police to report a damaged vehicle that was ‘all over the road’.
Police located the severely damaged westbound vehicle (operating with no lights), and was riding on its ‘rims’. The vehicle had also caused all westbound traffic to slow down behind it.
The vehicle was safely stopped by police, and the driver was arrested without further incident.
