(ORILLIA, ON) – On February 19th, 2014 at approximately 9:00 p.m. members of the Orillia Street Crime Unit, in conjunction with the Community Drug Action Team, Drug Enforcement Unit, OPP Canine Unit and members of the Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) executed a warrant at an address on Mississaga Street East in the City of Orillia.
The warrant was executed as the result of proactive drug investigations and arrests in the downtown core. During the execution of the warrant a quantity of Cocaine and Marihuana was seized with a street value of approximately $1400.
Donald KINGSBURY, 50 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine, and Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine.
He was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in Orillia on April 15th, 2014.
Melissa WHITE, 25 years old of Orillia, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine, and Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Cocaine
She was held in custody pending her next court date.
Renne HAMEL, 38 years old of Ajax, has been charged with Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, and Obstruct Peace Officer.
She was held in custody pending her next court date.
