(Russell, ON) On February 28, 2014 OPP Constables responded to a domestic related incident Pebbelmill lane in Russell. At that location a witness reported hearing an argument in which threats were conveyed to a person. The OPP investigated the matter and came to the conclusion that an argument between a male and female resulted in a criminal offence taking place.
A 28 year old male from Russell will have to appear in L’Orignal court on March 12, 2014 to answer to the following charge:
CC 264.1(1)(a) Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm-Spousal
