(Rockland, ON) On February 26, 2014 OPP Constable Jason Nolan responded to a collision report on County Road 17 in Rockland. At that location the driver reported that a vehicle had collided twice with his vehicle as he was pulling to the side of the road. The other vehicle never stopped to inspect the damages on both vehicles. The caller was able to obtain the plate number of the suspect vehicle. The officer investigated the matter and concluded that some offences under the Highway Traffic Act had been committed.
Kurtis LANOVAZ, 31 years old of Wendover was served with two Part 3 Summons and will have to appear in L’Orignal traffic court on April 3, 2014 to answer to the following charges:

HTA 200(1)(a) Fail to remain
