(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Thursday, March 13, 2014 at approximately 8:15 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of a motor vehicle collision on 12th Concession B in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
The driver of a 2013 Mazda M3S vehicle had slowed down but failed to indicate his intentions to make a left turn into a private driveway. His vehicle was rear ended by a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck.
Christopher CHENEY, 24 years, of Springwater Township, was charged with failing to signal.
Brenda GIBSON, 43 years, of Grey Highlands, was charged with careless driving.
Both drivers were issued Provincial Offence Notices under the Highway Traffic Act. There were no injuries reported.
