Tarsem Singh DEOL – Drunk Driving

(CALEDON, ON) – On March 21, 2014 shortly after 2 am, a concerned citizen contacted the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report a motor vehicle collision on Highway 10 at the Valleywood ramp. The citizen reported that the driver of a blue BMW had struck the guardrail and left the area on foot. The citizen was able to provide the Communication Centre with a description of the driver.

As officers were arriving on scene, they located a male fitting the description at the intersection of Valleywood Boulevard and Royal Valley Drive. The Administrative Drivers’ Licence Suspension (ADLS) program was initiated and his motor vehicle was impounded for seven days.

The accused is scheduled to make his first appearance at the Ontario Court of Justice in Orangeville on April 3, 2014.
