(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer’s were conducting a RIDE spot check at Brant Road 22 and Baptist Church Road, County of Brant, Ontario.
At approximately 4:16 p.m. Tuesday March 25th, 2014, the officers stopped a male driver in a Blue Dodge van. The officers could smell the strong odour of marihuana coming from the vehicle. The officers located marihuana in the vehicle and as a result the driver was arrested.
David FUSARO 37 years of age from the City of Hamilton is facing the following criminal charges
Possession of Schedule II substance Cannabis Marihuana under 30 grams
Fail to Comply with Recognizance
The accused is currently being held in custody.
