(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 64 year old male after police stopped a vehicle at a Highway 24, Windham, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, March 24, 2014, at approximately 9:12 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Norfolk Street North and 14th East Street, when a vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 64 year old Gerard FOURNIER of Norfolk County, Ontario with impaired driving, driving over the legal limit and speeding.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
