(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) On April 13, 2014 at around 8:00 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to reports of an erratic driver on Superior Street. OPP located and stopped the Pontiac car on Nipigon Street. While speaking with the driver, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 55 year old Howard MOORE, who is from Lambton Shores, was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on May 5, 2014 to speak to the charges of impaired driving and having care and control of a motor vehicle while being over the legal limit.
