(ENNISKILLEN TOWNSHIP, ON) On April 13, 2014 at around 12:50 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were checking on the well-being of the driver of a Pontiac car that was pulled over on the shoulder of Oil Heritage Road in the area of Petrolia. While speaking with the driver it was determined that she had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 33 year old Stacey MILLER, who is from Sarnia, was over the legal limit. She will appear in a Sarnia court on May 12, 2014 to answer to the charge of having care and control of a motor vehicle while being over the legal limit.
