(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – On Sunday April 27, 2014, at approximately 1:54 a.m. officers from the Peterborough County OPP had occasion to investigate a motorist on County Road 4.
Officers patrolling at the time had cause to investigate a female operating a Hyundai automobile. As a result of the investigation 46 year old Wendy STEVENSON of Douro Dummer Township, was arrested and charged with, Being in Care and Control of a motor-vehicle while Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in her Blood.
STEVENSON was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on May 29, 2014
