(Hawkesbury, ON) In the early morning of Friday April 25th, 2014, shortly after 2 am, Constable Marc Lauzon intercepted a 2002 Chevrolet Impala at the intersection of Race Street and Du Chenail Boulevard in Hawkesbury.
Interaction with the driver gave the officer reason to believe that he had consumed alcohol.
Keith Charles BIGRAS (29 yrs) of Champlain Township, was arrested and charged under the Criminal Code of Canada for section 253(1)(b) Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood.
He was later released on a promise to appear in court in L’Orignal at a future date.
