(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Street Crime Unit along with members of the Norfolk County Detachment and Emergency Response Team (ERT) have charged a 24 year old male and 21 year old female with drug and weapon offences after executing a search warrant at a Head Street North, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Friday, September 12, 2014 at approximately 9:30 a.m., police attended the Head Street North address and executed a search warrant. As a result of the warrant a 24 year old male and 21 year old female were subsequently arrested for drug related offences.
Charged with the following offences is 24 year old Kenny Edward TERRY of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Possession for the Purpose of trafficking Cocaine
Possession of Marihuana
Possession of Firearm or Ammunition contrary to Prohibition Order x2
Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Charged with the following offences is 21 year old Briana Jayde HERRON of Norfolk County, Ontario.
Possession for the Purpose of trafficking Cocaine
Possession of Marihuana
Unauthorized Possession of Weapon
Possession Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
Both are to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
