(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating acts of mischief at a St Patrick Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, September 15, 2014 in the early morning hours, unknown suspects attended the Lions Park and proceeded to damage various trees, benches and playground equipment.
Investigation revealed that unknowns cut a large hole in a slide located on the playground equipment, damage various trees and benches resulting in approximately $1,200 dollars in damage.
The OPP is continuing to investigate and is seeking the public’s assistance with this investigation. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
Police want to remind all residents that if they see anything suspicious to please contact the police immediately. If anyone is found committing acts of mischief, appropriate charges will be laid.
