(Ottawa, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police has held a joint operation with the Ministry of Natural Resources as part of an ongoing problem in the Burnt Lands Provincial Park Reserve situated west of March Road between the 12th Concession and Golden Line Road.
On October 11, 2014 the initiative was held in the Burnt Lands Provincial Park Reserve to monitor activities within the reserve. Signs listing prohibited activities, including operation of motorized vehicle and hunting were vandalized and taken down.
The OPP and MNR will continue to patrol the reserve to ensure proper use of the land.
