(Trent Lakes ON) – On Friday October 24, 2014, at approximately 3:15 p.m.. officers from the Peterborough County OPP were called to County Road 38 regarding a possible impaired driver.
Officers attended the area and stopped a motor vehicle being operated by 42 year old Paul ARMSTRONG of Lakefield. The driver was investigated at this time.
As a result of the investigation ARMSTRONG was arrested and charged with Having Over 80mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
ARMSTRONG was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December18, 2014.
