(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On October 25, 2014 at approximately 1:15 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a disturbance.
As a result of investigation, police have charged 37 year old Tina MACKEY of Tillsonburg under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Driving While Ability Impaired – motor vehicle (Alcohol)
Driving with More than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
Possession of a Schedule II substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams
The female was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on December 2, 2014.
