(SARNIA, ON) On August 31, 2013 at around 1:15 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a vehicle in the ditch on Mandaumin Road in the area of Egremont Road. The driver of the vehicle was not injured but while speaking with him, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 25 year old Tyler PRETTY from Plympton – Wyoming was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on September 16, 2013 to answer to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit.
