(DAWN-EUPHEMIA, ON) On September 1, 2013 at around 7:30 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a collision involving a 4-wheeler on McCready Road. The driver was transported to Chatham- Kent Health Alliance where he was treated and released. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 25 year old Nickolas VANDERYDT from Strathroy-Caradoc Township was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on September 16, 2013 to answer to the charges of impaired driving and being over the legal limit.
