(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) On August 30, 2013 at around 10:45 p.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a Saturn on Confederation Line in the area of Arkona Road for a speeding violation. While speaking with the driver it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that he was over the legal limit. Twenty five year old Brandon PILON from Watford will appear in a Sarnia court at a later time to answer to the following charges:
Impaired driving
Being over the legal limit
Fail to comply with a court order
Driving while under suspension
Speeding
Drive motor vehicle no insurance
Use plate not authorized for vehicle
Fail to surrender permit for vehicle
