(KENORA, ON) On Thursday, September 5th 2013 at 1:40 pm members of the Kenora Detachment of the OPP stopped a vehicle driving in an erratic manner on Veteran’s Drive in Kenora. Police spoke with the driver and determined the driver had been consuming alcohol. The driver failed the roadside test and was arrested and transported to the Kenora OPP for further tests.
As a result of this investigation, 77-year old Robert HAMLYN of Kenora has been charged with Impaired. He is to attend Kenora court on October 3rd to answer to the charge.
