(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON)- On Saturday September 21, 2013 at 10:18 a.m. members of the Middlesex OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on the E/B on-ramp to HWY 401 at Highbury Avenue London, ON. At the time police learned that a beige Honda with a lone occupant had left the roadway and entered the ditch. It was later confirmed that the drivers licence was currently under suspension. As a result police have charged Manish SHARMA, age 26 of Milton, ON with Driving while Under Suspension as per Section 53 of the HTA. The driver was issued a Part III Summons and his vehicle was impounded for a period of seven days. No injuries were reported.
