(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Friday the 04th of October 2013 the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to the report of a mischief on Highway 28 in the Town of Bancroft. Investigation revealed that an adult male had damaged property at a residence and then left the area. The suspect male was later located and arrested by police.
46 year old James ROCKWOOD of the Municipality of Highlands East has been charged with mischief. Mr. ROCKWOOD was released from custody on a promise to appear with conditions and his next court appearance is scheduled for the 26th of November 2013 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft, Ontario.
