(Hammond, ON) On October 5, 2013 OPP Constables were conducting a R.I.D.E. on the corner of Joanisse Road and Du Golf Road in Hammond. A pickup truck pulled up to the officers. They noticed an odour of an illicit drug coming from the vehicle. . They investigated the matter and found some illegal drugs in vehicle.
Samuel MARLEAU, 24 years old of Hammond will have to appear in L’Orignal court to answer to the following charge:
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Shedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams
