(Russell, ON) On October 6, 2013, OPP Constables responded to an erratic driving incident on North Russell Road in Russell. At that location a motorist reported following a vehicle that was travelling all over the road from one side to the other. The speed of the vehicle was not steady and vehicle drove over someone’s lawn at one point. The vehicle was eventually stopped by police. The driver was arrested and taken to the OPP detachment to proceed with breath tests. The breath samples exceeded the legal limit.
Mark IRVEN, 45 years old of Nepean (OTTAWA) will have to appear in L’Orignal court on October 23, 2013 to answer to the following charges:
CC 249(1) Dangerous Operation of Motor Vehicle
CC 253(1)(b) Care or Control Over 80 mgs.
CC 253(1)(a) Driving While Ability Impaired
