(Casselman, ON) On October 3, 2013 OPP Constable Sebastien Lamarche was on patrol on Highway 417 in Casselman area when he stopped a vehicle for speeding. A verification on the police computer revealed that the driver was not licenced to drive. Other offences were also committed.
