(Rockland, ON) On October 2, 2013 OPP Constable Marc Leblanc responded to a traffic complaint that took place on County Road 17 in Rockland. It was reported that a motorcyclist had been tailgated in an unsafe manner on the highway by an SUV vehicle. These actions would have started in Orleans and ended up in Rockland. The officer investigated the matter and concluded that a traffic violation had taken place.
