(Limoges, ON) On September 30, 2013 OPP Constable Pierre Bourgeois responded to a motor vehicle collision on Main Street in Limoges. At that location two vehicles were involved in a collision. One of the vehicles left the scene and the driver failed to report the collision as requested by the law.
