(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), an officer was on patrol on Brant County Road 18 when he observed a vehicle being driven in an erratic manner.
At approximately 7:09 p.m. Sunday October 13th, 2013, the officer stopped a Lincoln Towncar on Brant County Road 18. While the officer was talking to the male driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.
Kevin ONEILL 51 years of age from Norfolk County is facing the following Criminal charges
Impaired Driving
Drive over 80 milligrams
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on November 8th, 2013 to answer to the charges.
