(LAKESHORE, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Lakeshore was conducting speed enforcement on Essex County Road 22 at Wallace Line in Lakeshore on Saturday October 12, 2013 at approximately1:45 am.
Officers clocked a 2010 GMC Sierra pickup travelling eastbound on Essex County Road 22 at a higher rate of speed than posted.
The vehicle was pulled over and the driver exhibited signs of impairment.
Alison MCCUTCHEON-POTTER, age 24 of Lakeshore was arrested and charged with Exceed 80 Mgs Blood Alcohol Content, as well as 4 Provincial Offences Notices for various offences.
She will appear in a Windsor court on November 6, 2013.
