(Rockland, On) On October 26, 2013 OPP Constables responded to a Collision on Daniel Crescent in Rockland. At that location it was reported that a vehicle had struck another parked vehicle and that the driver might be impaired by alcohol. The vehicle was later located by officers. The driver was arrested and transported to the OPP office. The driver provided breath samples into the Intoxilyzer. The results exceeded the legal limit of alcohol permitted.
Christopher LATOUR, 30 years old of Hammond will have to appear in L’Orignal court on November 13, 2013 to answer to the following charges:
CC 253(1) (a) Care or Control While Impaired
CC 253(1) (b) Care or Control Over 80 mgs.
