(Russell, ON) On October 22, 2013 it was reported to OPP officers that a suspicious vehicle was seen parked on the property of Russell Public School on Mill Street. The white vehicle was later stopped by OPP officers. When the officers approached the vehicle they noticed a strong smell of an illegal substance. The OPP officers investigated the matter and as a result some illegal drugs were seized.
Kevin A. GRIFFITH 18 years old of Russell will have to appear in L’Orignal court on December 4, 2013 to answer to the following charge:
CDSA 4(1) Poss of a Schedule II substance- Cannabis Marihuana – under 30grams
