(Rockland, ON) On October 25, 2013 OPP officers received a call from Ottawa Police that a possible impaired driver was travelling from Ottawa to Rockland. The vehicle information was obtained and OPP officers patrolled Rockland in attempt to located vehicle. Constable Montpetit located the vehicle in Rockland. The driver provided a breath sample into the Roadside Screening device. The driver failed the test. More tests were done at the OPP office with the Intoxilyzer. The test results exceeded the legal limit.
France HUPPE, 51 years old of Rockland will have to appear in L’Orignal court on November 20, 2013 to answer to the following charge:
