(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On December 5th, 2014 at approximately 7:30 p.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police while monitoring traffic flow in the Hamlet of Avening on County Road #42 stopped a northbound motor vehicle for speeding: 104 Km/h in a posted 60 Km/h zone.
A further Police check of the operator of this motor vehicle revealed that his driver’s licence was under suspension.
Charged with “Driving while under suspension†and “Speeding†both under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario, is Brad D’AMOUR 31 years old from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is January 6th, 2015 in Wasaga Beach Provincial Court.
