(SOUTHWEST MIDDLESEX, ON) – Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has arrested a 47 year old male following a police investigation into an incident that occurred on December 6, 2014 at approximately 12:00 p.m. at a Victoria Street residence in the Municipality of Southwest Middlesex.
As a result of the investigation, a male was subsequently arrested.
Charged with Utter Threat to Cause Death or Bodily Harm, Utter Threat to Damage Property and Fail to Comply with Probation Order is 47 year old Timothy HAYNE of Southwest Middlesex, ON.
The accused was remanded into custody and is to appear in a London courtroom for a bail hearing on December 8, 2014.
