(CALEDON, ON)- On December 1st, 2014 officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to investigate a break and enter into a garage adjacent to a Chinguacousy Road residence. Police learned that the suspect(s) gained access sometime between November 30th and December 1st through an insecure door. Once inside the garage, the suspect(s) stole a Milwaukee construction radio, a TomTom GPS; Stihl weed eater, backpack leaf blower, Karcher pressure washer and a sandblaster.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
