(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) – On December 12, 2014 at approximately 1:23 a.m., the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic management Unit (TMU) conducted a R.I.D.E. Programme on Brock Road South, Puslinch Township. A male driving a 2010 Ford was spoken with and the officer suspected that alcohol was consumed. A road side screening test was administered which resulted in a fail. He was arrested and transported to a local OPP Operations Centre for testing.
The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days as per statute.
Kelly HROZJAK age 52 of Guelph has been charged with Over 80 Mgs contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on January 13, 2015 to answer to the charges.
