(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On January 3, 2014 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended the Sobey’s grocery store in Fenelon Falls in response to a shop lifting incident.
Investigation led to the arrest of a local male and a local female.
Pat WILLIAMS, of Fenelon Falls was charged with theft, contrary to the Criminal Code and will appear in court, in Lindsay.
Joshua POLLEY, of Fenelon Township, was also charged with theft. Further investigation revealed that POLLEY was on probation and he was subsequently charged with failing to comply with the probation order. The accused was held for a bail hearing.
