Police determined through investigation that the driver had been drinking alcohol and the male driver was arrested.

OPP investigators have charged 55-year-old Leo MELS of the County of Brant with driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in his blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
