(Asphodel-Norwood Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver on Monday just before 7:30pm.
The vehicle was stopped by officers on Highway 7 near the 8th Line of Asphodel-Norwood Township. Kyle Lumley TEBBS (age 19) of Whitby, ON was arrested and charged with:
· Operating a vehicle with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
· Operating a vehicle with liquor accessible to the driver
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on September 03, 2015.
(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment o the OPP received a traffic complaint about a possible impaired driver. Last night just after 1:30am officers stopped a vehicle southbound on Highway 28 and investigated the driver.
Jason HUGHES (age 37) of Peterborough, ON was arrested and charged with:
· Impaired driving
· Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
· Driving while suspended (Highway Traffic Act)
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on September 24, 2015.
