(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged 21 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after being called to a motor vehicle collision at a Darling Road, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Friday August 7th, 2015 at approximately 11:10 pm a red 2004 Ford pickup truck was travelling along Highway (Hwy) #3 when it attempted to turn onto Darling Road and entered the ditch.
Upon Police arrival all three occupants had exited the vehicle and were not injured. While speaking with the driver of the pickup truck signs of impairment by alcohol was detected which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Operate a motor vehicle over the legal limit of alcohol is 21 year old Nathan KEEN of Haldimand County, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
