(BRACEBRIDGE, ON) – Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a single vehicle collision on Cedar Lane near Cedar Farm Road in Bracebridge that occurred at 10:30 p.m. on Monday September 7th, 2015.
Officers arrived and began an investigation into the cause of the collision and subsequently arrested and charged the driver, 52 year-old Mickey Morrison of Bracebridge, with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle CC 253(a), Over 80 CC 253(b) and Refuse to Provide a Sample CC 254(5). He will appear in Bracebridge Court on October 6th, 2015 to answer to the charges.
