(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On September 6, 2015, the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were patrolling on Mount Carmel Drive, near Cassidy Road.
At approximately 1:42 a.m. officers observed a motorist travelling at a high rate of speed. The officer measured the vehicle, a white Nissan car, to be travelling at more than 50 km per hour over the speed limit.
The male driver, Imad DALAL, from London, Ontario, was charged with race a motor vehicle, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act (HTA). The vehicle he was operating was impounded, and his driver’s licence was suspended for seven days under the stunt driving legislation.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court to answer the charge.
