(KIRKLAND LAKE, ON.) –Members of the Kirkland Lake Ontario Provincial Police have charged a man with driving with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his system. On September 19, 2015 at approximately 6:45 p.m. Kirkland Lake OPP attended a single vehicle collision on Highway 66 in Eby Township. The Eastbound Ford DRW pickup truck had entered the ditch causing major damage. Investigation at the scene revealed that the male driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol. As a result of breath tests it was learned that the subject was over the legal limit.
Charged is Adam GLOFCHESKIE age 28 of Ottawa, Ontario
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kirkland Lake on October 29, 2015 to answer to the charge.
