Purse Stolen From Senior – Do You Recognize This Heavy Set Theft Suspect?

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after police were called to a Gibralter Street, Delhi, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Friday, August 21, 2015 at approximately 2:02 p.m., police were contacted by employees of the Delrose Retirement Home reporting a theft of a purse.

Through the course of investigation it was determined that a female attended the address and proceeded to enter a room of one of the residents.

A female was captured on video surveillance and is being described as white, heavy set, wearing dark coloured pants, dark coloured shirt and black running shoes.

The Norfolk County OPP is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident or if they can identify this female, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
