(CORUNNA, ON) – The Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has concluded its investigation into a single vehicle motor vehicle collision which occurred on Friday September 18th, 2015.
As a result, 21 year-old Jordon Charles Michael MCBEATH of Sarnia, ON was charged and issued a Provincial Offences Notice for the offence of
· Careless Driving
The accused will appear in the Sarnia Ontario Court of Justice in relation to this offence.
On Friday September 18th, 2015 at approximately 2:27 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a single vehicle, motor vehicle collision on Kimball Road just north of Petrolia Line, St. Clair Township, County of Lambton.
OPP along with Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and St. Clair Township Fire Department attended the location. Upon arrival a single motor vehicle was observed on its roof with two parties located just outside the vehicle. The 21 year-old male driver from Sarnia, ON was transported to hospital by Lambton EMS with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The 22 year-old male passenger also from Sarnia, ON only sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision.
Kimball Road was closed for several hours while the collision was being investigated. The Lambton OPP continues to investigate this motor vehicle collision and charges are pending.
