Landon MARLOWE – Drunk Driving

(RED LAKE, ON) – Officers of the Red Lake Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged an adult male driver with impaired driving on November 1, 2015 at 1:25 a.m.

During routine patrol, officers stopped a 2011 ATV on Hughes crescent in Red Lake for speeding. As officers were speaking with the driver they had a suspicion of alcohol. The driver was administered an Approved Screening Device (ASD). Failing the roadside device the driver was arrested and transported to the Red Lake Detachment for tests.

Landon MARLOWE, age 18, of Red Lake, Ontario, is charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in 100 Millilitres of Blood contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code and Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code .

MARLOWE was released on a Promise to Appear in Red Lake Court on the 10th of December, 2015. The vehicle was impounded for a minimum of 7 days and he was issued a mandatory drivers licence suspension.
