In the early morning hours of November 2, 2015, Waterloo Regional Police Service responded to a single motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Activa Avenue and Bridlewreath Street in the City of Kitchener. Upon arrival, Police observed that a motor vehicle had left the roadway, struck several items including trees and Canada Post boxes, before colliding with several parked motor vehicles in a nearby driveway. Traffic Services responded to investigate the collision while Central Division Patrol arrested the driver, a 22 year old male for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle. The accused is charged with Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle; Operate Motor Vehicle – Over 80; Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Drive Motor Vehicle – no Licence. There was no one injured as a result of this collision.
